Rest & Recharge
There is a lot going on in the world around us and it can be hard to hold. To honor this, Justine and Molly have developed a four week series exploring how presence, rest, connection, and balance play a role in our overall well being.
This is an opportunity to connect with others and explore how we can care for ourselves while also caring for the world around us.
Together we will journey through embodied practices such as yoga nidra (guided rest), restorative yoga, gentle and dynamic movement, and meditation, while making space for personal reflection and group connection.
This program is being hosted live over Zoom twice annually and is available as a self-paced program anytime throughout the year.
